Operator Membership Agreement

This agreement supplements the Terms & Conditions and applies specifically to Operators listing their business on the Platform.

1. Eligibility

  • Valid Australian ABN required
  • Public liability insurance minimum $10 million
  • All relevant state licences and registrations current
  • Operating a genuine concrete pumping business

2. Profile accuracy

Operators warrant that all profile information is accurate, including business name, service regions, pump types, and availability status.

3. Lead obligations

Operators must respond to leads within their tier's acceptance window. Consistent non-response may result in account review.

4. Service standards

Operators agree to:

  • Arrive on time or provide reasonable notice of delays
  • Provide services in a safe and professional manner
  • Hold current and valid public liability insurance at all times
  • Comply with all applicable workplace health and safety laws

5. Unclaimed profiles

If an Operator's profile was created by Aussie Concrete Pumpers and the Operator claims it, the Operator confirms that the information is accurate and agrees to these Terms upon claiming.

6. Membership fees

As set out in the Terms & Conditions, Section 6.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or remove any Operator who breaches this Agreement, receives sustained negative reviews, or fails to maintain required insurances.
