High-Rise Concrete Pumping — Australia-Wide

Towers, podiums and transfer slabs placed continuously by satellite booms and high-pressure pumps. The crew that big builders trust to keep the build climbing.

Overview

What is High-Rise Concrete Pumping?

High-rise concrete pumping combines a ground-level high-pressure line pump with one or more satellite placing booms mounted on the deck or core. As the building climbs, the booms are jumped to the next slab so concrete keeps flowing on every level without losing a day. The work demands operators with EWP, confined-space and working-at-heights tickets, pipeline crews who can safely jump pumps and rigging, and a planning team that integrates pours with the formwork, crane and concrete supply program. Aussie Concrete Pumpers' network covers every major Australian tower program — residential, commercial and mixed-use — with the people and the kit to keep big builds on schedule.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What's the cut-off between truck-mounted booms and satellite booms?

Most builds switch to a high-pressure pump + satellite boom configuration once the deck exceeds 60–70m above the truck setup, or earlier where podium decks are too wide for a truck-boom reach.

Do you supply the placing boom and the pump together?

Yes. We deliver a matched package and the qualified operators for both the pump and the placing boom.

Can you supply multiple satellite booms on the same project?

Yes — many high-rise programs run two or more placing booms fed from a single high-pressure pump to keep large decks pouring in parallel.

Booked a 42m boom pump in Sydney with one phone call. Operator was on site early, set up clean and the pour went perfectly. This is how procurement should work.
