Shotcrete Pumping & Spraying — Australia-Wide

Wet-mix shotcrete pumping for pool shells, retaining walls, tunnel linings and remedial works. Approved operators, the right nozzle, the right mix — every state.

Overview

What is Shotcrete Services?

Shotcrete is concrete pneumatically sprayed at high velocity onto a surface — pool shells, retaining walls, slope stabilisation, tunnel linings and remedial structural works. The mix is fed through a high-pressure line pump, then accelerated through a nozzle where compressed air and (for wet-mix) liquid accelerator are introduced. Shotcrete adheres in place without formwork and consolidates under its own impact energy. Aussie Concrete Pumpers supplies wet-mix shotcrete pumps, nozzle teams and compressed-air gear for everything from domestic pool builds to tier 1 tunnel projects, with operators trained in both architectural and structural shotcrete finishes.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What's the difference between wet-mix and dry-mix shotcrete?

Wet-mix is pre-mixed concrete pumped to the nozzle where air and accelerator are added; it's cleaner, more consistent and the Australian standard for most works. Dry-mix combines water at the nozzle and is now rare outside specialist refractory and repair jobs.

Do you supply the nozzle operator?

Yes — shotcrete nozzling is a specialist trade. Our operators are nozzle-certified and experienced across pools, retaining, tunnels and remediation.

Can shotcrete be coloured or finished architecturally?

Yes. We supply architectural shotcrete teams for exposed-finish pool walls, water features and feature retaining walls.

Booked a 42m boom pump in Sydney with one phone call. Operator was on site early, set up clean and the pour went perfectly. This is how procurement should work.
