Civil Concrete Pumping — Australia-Wide
Bridges, tunnels, rail, marine, defence and energy. Approved operators with the equipment, tickets and experience tier 1 civil projects demand. Every state.
Overview
What is Civil Concrete Pumping?
Civil concrete pumping covers concrete placement on infrastructure projects — road and rail bridges, tunnels, motorway interchanges, marine wharves, dams, water-treatment plants, defence facilities, energy and utilities works. These projects demand specialist equipment (high-pressure line pumps for tunnel linings, large booms for bridge decks, separate placing booms for staged pours), operators with confined-space, working-at-heights and rail-corridor inductions, and compliance packs that meet principal contractor and government requirements. Aussie Concrete Pumpers' network includes operators who have worked on Australia's largest civil programs — WestConnex, Metro rail, Snowy 2.0, Inland Rail and major bridge replacements. We supply the right pump, the right ticket, the right paperwork — and we do it in every state and territory.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
What civil projects do your operators work on?
Network operators have placed concrete on road and rail bridges, tunnels, motorway upgrades, light rail, water-treatment plants, dams, defence sites and energy infrastructure across every state.
Can your operators work in rail corridors?
Yes. We supply operators with the necessary Rail Industry Worker (RIW) cards, network-specific inductions (ARTC, Sydney Trains, Metro Trains Melbourne etc.) and confined-space tickets where required.
Do you handle high-pressure tunnel and shotcrete pumping?
Yes. We have operators and pumps configured for primary and secondary tunnel linings, rock-bolt grouting and high-pressure shotcrete works.
What compliance documentation do you supply?
Full pack: PB licences, driver's licences, RIW where required, White Cards, SWMS, JSAs, public liability and workers comp COIs, plant pre-starts, maintenance records and operator inductions.
How far in advance should we engage you for civil projects?
For one-off pours, 1–2 weeks. For ongoing project supply (months or years), engage during tender or early works so we can lock in the right operators and equipment for your program.
Reviews
What builders say about civil pumping
Called Aussie Concrete Pumpers at 6am for a bridge pour the next day. They had a 52m boom on site, on time, with the right operator. One phone call — sorted.
We use ACP across three states now. The operators are consistent, the paperwork is always in order and dispatch actually picks up the phone. Makes our job easier.
First time hiring a concrete pump. The team walked me through what I needed, sent a line pump that fit our access and the operator was a pro. Couldn't fault it.
